RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
All items sold by Big BAM Theory are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product.

HOWEVER: If you purchase a shipping protection plan from within your CART, you are covered for items that arrive damaged, lost, or stolen during transit - EXCEPT for original one-of-a-kind artworks, embellished prints, and custom orders/commissions, which are final sale and non-refundable once shipped regardless of shipping protection.

Additional Exception (regardless of shipping protection)
Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Items Sent:
If your item has a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong item (our error) contact us within 14 days at bigbamtheoryArt@gmail.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you (worldwide) and issue a full refund, replacement, or store credit (your choice).

Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition with all tags attached (where applicable). Refunds processed after inspection (allow 5-7 business days).

Shipping Damage, Loss, or Theft
Big BAM Theory is not responsible for packages damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, unless (as mentioned) buyer purchases shipping protection inside their CART.

If your item arrives damaged, is lost, or is stolen:
With shipping protection purchased: Contact us at BigbamTheoryArt@gmail.com within 14 days to file a claim for replacement, refund, or store credit
Without shipping protection: No refunds or replacements will be provided

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout.

SHIPPING PROTECTION COVERAGE & EXCLUSIONS

Shipping protection is NOT insurance. It is an optional service that allows us to provide claim resolution for covered shipping issues.
Shipping protection is offered within your shopping cart only, for $5 (NOT on the checkout page)

WHAT IS COVERED:
• Ready-made prints and all other merchandise
• Items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Custom orders, commissions, original artwork, and embellished prints (non-refundable even with shipping protection)
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Color variations due to screen settings
• Damage caused by customer misuse
• Issues not reported within 14 days of expected delivery

For shipping protection claims:
All shipping protection claims are reviewed and resolved by Big BAM Theory at our sole discretion.
Contact us at BigBamTheoryArt@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will guide you through the claim process.

Every product listing includes detailed information about materials, dimensions, shipping requirements, processing times, and custom order specifications. It is YOUR responsibility to read all product descriptions, notes, and disclaimers before purchasing.

We will NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Failing to read product descriptions or shipping instructions
• Selecting the wrong shipping method after ignoring product notes
• Misunderstanding specifications that were clearly stated in the listing
• Ignoring warnings about size, weight, or material limitations
• Not asking questions before purchasing when information was unclear
• Deciding you don't like the art after it arrives
• Minor color variations due to your screen settings or device
• Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling
• Issues that could have been prevented by reading the provided information
