Born in what was formerly known as Czechoslovakia and raised primarily in the United States, Baruška’s life and work are shaped by continual movement between her motherland, the U.S, and destinations around the world. These ongoing journeys inform an ever-evolving range of influences, inspirations, and motivations.

Her creative practice is guided by many forms of travel ~ global, astral, and internal ~ spanning across psychological and spiritual realms. Each plays a vital role in her process and visual language. As an Artist, her mission is to document what she experiences, perceives, and intuitively interprets, sharing these insights as a means of connection and bridge-building among creative hearts.

Through her work, Baruška seeks to contribute to a more multidimensional understanding of life, while inspiring others to pursue their own dreams, visions, and passions. At its core, her work is devoted to creativity, authenticity, expression, connection, and service.
