SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
Order processing times vary depending on the product type:
• Ready-Made Items (stickers, prints, existing inventory): 3-14 business days
• Custom/Made-to-Order Products (custom masks, original paintings, personalized artwork): 2 weeks to 6 months depending on complexity and current workload
• Peak Seasons: Processing times may be extended during holidays and high-demand periods
We will notify you if your order requires extended processing time beyond our standard estimates.

SHIPPING ZONES & RATES
We ship worldwide with rates calculated based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. Our shipping zones are:
• Domestic (United States)

• Canada
• Mexico, Central America & Caribbean
• Rest of World (200+ countries)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and cart contents. Bulky items (canvases, masks, painted wood items) have different rates than flat items (stickers, prints, magnets).

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin AFTER your order has been processed and shipped:
Domestic (US):
• Ground Advantage: 2-7 business days
• Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (when available)
Canada:
• First Class International: 1-4 weeks
• Priority Mail International: 6-12 business days
Mexico, Central America & Caribbean:
• First Class International: 1-4 weeks
• Priority Mail International: 6-14 business days
Rest of World:
•First Class International: 2-6 weeks
• Priority Mail International: 6-21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

TRACKING
Most orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. Some lightweight domestic sticker orders may be sent via letter mail without tracking to reduce shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country. These fees are NOT included in our shipping rates and are determined by your local customs authority.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International orders may take longer during peak periods or due to customs inspections.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Optional shipping protection is available for $5 in your shopping cart only (not on the checkout page). This protection helps cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

If shipping protection IS purchased:
• File a claim by contacting us at BigBamTheoryArt@gmail.com
within 14 days of expected delivery • Provide your order number, tracking information, and photos of any damage • We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion

If shipping protection is NOT purchased:
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are transferred to the shipping carrier • Claims for missing or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date • We will assist with carrier claims when possible, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund

•••IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS••• 
Shipping protection does NOT cover custom orders, commissions, embellished prints, or original one-of-a-kind artworks – these items are final sale and non-refundable regardless of shipping protection. Shipping protection only covers items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit – not buyer's remorse, color preferences, or dissatisfaction with custom orders. Please note: Shipping protection is not insurance. It is an optional service that allows us to provide claim resolution options for covered issues. All claims are reviewed and resolved by Big BAM Theory at our sole discretion.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged in transit:
1. Contact us immediately at BigBamTheoryArt@gmail.com
2. Provide your order number and tracking information
3. If shipping protection was purchased, we will review your claim, considering any exclusions, and may offer replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion
4. If shipping protection was not purchased, we are not responsible and cannot provide replacement or refund

Exception: If we sent you the wrong item or your item has a manufacturing defect (our error), contact us within 14 days regardless of shipping protection status. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
